AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ENTERPRISE ZONE IN THE TOWN OF
PLYMOUTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 32-70 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to 2
designate the town of Plymouth as an enterprise zone. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage economic development in the town of Plymouth.
