AN ACT INCREASING ECS FUNDING TO ACCOUNT FOR CHANGING
POPULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the funding for equalization aid grants to account for changing 2
populations. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that schools are adequately funded even when the school
population increases.
