AN ACT CONCERNING THE SELECTION OF CATERERS FOR
INDIVIDUALS WHO RENT STATE -OWNED VENUES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize individuals who 1
rent state-owned venues in state parks and other locations to utilize 2
caterers of their own choosing. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow individuals who rent state-owned venues in state parks and
other locations to utilize their own caterer.
