AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF CHEMICALS BY
LANDSCAPERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that licensing 1
requirements for landscapers include training and information on the 2
use of natural products in lieu of chemicals. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To decrease the use of chemicals by landscapers in favor of natural
products.
