AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRODUCTION OF HEMP IN 
CONNECTICUT. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the growing, 1 
cultivation, production and processing of hemp in the state. 2 
Statement of Purpose:   
To authorize the growing, cultivation, production and processing of 
hemp in the state.
