AN ACT CONCERNING APPRENTICESHIP PATHWAYS TO EARNING 
A BACHELOR'S DEGREE. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to provide 1 
incentives to employers and institutions of higher education to 2 
establish nontraditional pathways to earning a bachelor's degree, 3 
which incorporates apprenticeships in addition to coursework. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To establish a nontraditional pathway to earning a bachelor's degree, 
which incorporates apprenticeships.
