STUDY THE USE OF NONCOMPETE AGREEMENTS BY EMPLOYERS
IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the use of noncompete 1
agreements by employers in the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To promote entrepreneurship in Connecticut.
