Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to adopt the National 1
Consumer Law Center's Model State Consumer and Employee Justice 2
Enforcement Act. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To adopt the National Consumer Law Center's Model State Consumer
and Employee Justice Enforcement Act.
