AN ACT ALLOWING NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIANS TO PRESCRIBE
MEDICATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to allow 1
naturopathic physicians to prescribe medication. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To keep costs of medical treatment down and give flexibility to
patients to seek care from a physician with whom they are
comfortable.
