AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL MOLD MITIGATION ASSISTANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 173 of the general statutes be amended to provide state 1
assistance to municipalities for the emergency closure of a school due 2
to mold infestation and to increase school building project grant 3
funding on the basis of need to ensure that public education needs are 4
met. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide state assistance and grant funding to municipalities that
have to close a school due to a mold infestation emergency.
