AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR TRANSIENT
DOCKS AT THE CANAL DOCK B OATHOUSE IN NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
two million three hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which 4
shall be used by the Department of Economic and C ommunity 5
Development for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid for the 6
construction of transient docks at the Canal Dock Boathouse in New 7
Haven. 8
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for transient docks at the Canal Dock Boathouse in
New Haven.
