AN ACT CONCERNING OPEN FILE DISCLOSURE IN CRIMINAL
CASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 54 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
prosecuting officials to automatically disclose certain pieces of 2
evidence in criminal cases. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require prosecuting officials to automatically disclose certain pieces
of evidence in criminal cases.
