AN ACT CONCERNING CLASSIFICATION OF STATE HEALTH CARE
EMPLOYEES IN THE STATE EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reclassify certain state 1
health care employees in the state employees retirement system. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that state health care employees are properly classified in
the state employees retirement system.
