Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prevent the classification of 1
permanent partial disability settlements as wages for the purpose of 2
workers' compensation benefits. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the classification of permanent partial disability settlements
as wages for the purpose of workers' compensation benefits.
