AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO SCHOOL COUNSELORS AND
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A MODEL STATE -WIDE
COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL COUNSELING PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require the State 1
Board of Education to adopt a model state-wide comprehensive school 2
counseling program that expands student access to school counselors. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To adopt a model state-wide comprehensive school counseling
program.
