AN ACT CONCERNING THE REMOVAL OF MARKINGS MADE
PURSUANT TO CALL BEFORE YOU DIG REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 293 of the general statutes be amended to require that 1
any markings on streets, sidewalks or other surfaces made pursuant to 2
said chapter be removed not more than three months after such 3
markings were made. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the removal of markings in three months or less.
