AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF STATE FUNDS FOR BALL
PARKS FOR PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of state 1
funds for ball parks for professional sports teams. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the misuse of state funds.
