AN ACT INCREASING PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES TO
MUNICIPALITIES CONTAINING A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the amount of 1
payments in lieu of taxes to any municipality containing a correctional 2
facility. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To aid municipalities in the financial support of correctional facilities.
