AN ACT CONCERNING EXPANDED ELIGIBILITY AND INCREASED
FUNDING FOR THE CARE 4 KIDS PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand eligibility under the 1
Care 4 Kids program authorized pursuant to section 17b-749 of the 2
general statutes and that sufficient funds be appropriated to the Office 3
of Early Childhood to support such expanded eligibility. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to assist with childcare for working parents of
certain income levels.
