AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM EARNINGS NECESSARY TO
QUALIFY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the minimum 1
earnings to be eligible to receive the minimum unemployment 2
compensation benefit from six hundred to three thousand dollars. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the minimum earnings necessary to qualify for
unemployment compensation.
