AN ACT ESTABLISHING A GREEN ALERT SYSTEM FOR CERTAIN
VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a green alert 1
system to notify the public that a veteran who is known to be suffering 2
from post-traumatic stress disorder or a mental health condition 3
related to the veteran's military service is missing. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a green alert system for locating missing veterans.
