AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR A DOMESTIC
JUSTICE CENTER IN NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
five hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by 4
the Department of Social Services for the purpose of providing a grant-5
in-aid to the city of New Haven for a Domestic Justice Center in New 6
Haven. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for a Domestic Justice Center in New Haven.
