AN ACT CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF GENDER IDENTITY OR EXPRESSION THAT OCCURS IN STATE WORKPLACES AND SCHOOLS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That a task force be established to examine how state laws may be 1 enhanced in order to strengthen protections against discrimination on 2 the basis of gender identity or expression that occurs in workplaces 3 and schools. 4 Statement of Purpose: To establish a task force that shall examine how state laws may be enhanced in order to strengthen protections against discrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression that occurs in workplaces and schools.
