Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Education shall 1 conduct a study of issues relating to student enrollment in, and 2 graduation from, middle college programs, early college high school 3 and Connecticut Early College Opportunity programs, as those terms 4 are defined in section 31-11ff of the general statutes, and dual 5 enrollment programs. Such study shall include, but need not be 6 limited to, a review of how data relating to student enrollment in and 7 graduation from such programs is being reported by local and regional 8 boards of education and collected in the state-wide public school 9 information system pursuant to section 10-10a of the general statutes, 10 including whether such data concerning graduation from such 11 programs can be segregated at the school and district level from the 12 total graduation data at the school and district level.
