AN ACT CONCERNING HI GHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Office of Higher Education 1
shall conduct a study relating to higher education issues in the state. 2
Not later than November 25, 2019, the office shall submit a report of 3
the results of such study to the joint standing committee of the General 4
Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education, 5
in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general 6
statutes. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
