AN ACT CONFIRMING AN D ADOPTING VOLUMES 1 TO 13,
INCLUSIVE, OF THE GENERAL STATUTES, REVISED TO JANUARY
1, 2019.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Volumes 1 to 13, inclusive, 1
of the general statutes of Connecticut, revised to 1958, consolidated, 2
codified, arranged and revised to January 1, 2019, by the legislative 3
commissioners under the provisions of subsection (g) of section 2-56 of 4
the general statutes and published under the title "The General 5
Statutes of Connecticut, Revision of 1958, Revised to January 1, 2019", 6
including the consolidation, codification, arrangement and revision of 7
the public acts of the state from 1959 to 2018, inclusive, and errata page 8
1376 in volume 3, are adopted, ratified, confirmed and enacted. 9
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To adopt and confirm the general statutes, revised to January 1, 2019.
