AN ACT CONCERNING TH E CONNECTICUT ECONOMIC RESOURCE
CENTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) Not later than February 1, 2020, the 1
Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall 2
submit a report on the Department of Economic and Community 3
Development's progress in entering into a public-private partnership 4
with the Connecticut Economic Resource Center to the joint standing 5
committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 6
relating to commerce, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-7
4a of the general statutes. 8
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 from passage New section
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Economic and Community
Development to issue a report on the Department of Economic and Raised Bill No. 1027
LCO No. 5507 2 of 2
Community Development's progress in entering into a public-private
partnership with the Connecticut Economic Resource Center.
