AN ACT CONCERNING EX PENDITURES FOR THE STATE
EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND THE TEACH ERS'
RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Comptroller shall conduct a 1
review of expenditures for the state employees retirement system and 2
the teachers' retirement system during the biennium ending June 30, 3
2019. Not later than February 1, 2020, the Comptroller shall submit the 4
results of such review, in accordance with section 11-4a of the general 5
statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly 6
having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the 7
budgets of state agencies. 8
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
