RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL 
AMENDMENT TO PERMIT EARLY VOTING. 
Resolved by this Assembly: 
 
That the Constitution of the state be amended to allow for in-person 1 
voting at an election during a specified period prior to the day of such 2 
election. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To propose an amendment to the Constitution of the state to permit 
early in-person voting.
