RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
THOMAS V. O'KEEFE, JR. OF GUILFORD TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Thomas V. O'Keefe, Jr. of Guilford to be a State Referee, to 2
serve a term of eight years from February 11, 2019, is approved and 3
confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
