RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF CARLETON J.
GILES OF MIDDLETOWN TO BE A MEMBER AND T HE
CHAIRPERSON OF THE B OARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Carleton J. 1
Giles of Middletown, to be a full-time member and the chairperson of 2
the Board of Pardons and Paroles, to serve for a term coterminous with 3
the term of the Governor or until a successor is appointed and has 4
qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is 5
appointed said member and chairperson for said term. 6
