RESOLUTION CONVENING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN SPECIAL
SESSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That pursuant to Article III of the amendments to the state 1
constitution, and Rule 33 of the Joint Rules of this session, we the 2
members of this General Assembly judge it necessary that there be a 3
special session of the General Assembly, that said session be convened 4
not earlier than 12:01 a.m. on June 6, 2019, and that the call of the 5
session be solely for the purposes of considering and enacting bills 6
concerning (1) state bond authorizations and their underlying 7
programs and projects, and (2) school construction. 8
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the clerks of the Senate and the 9
House of Representatives deliver a copy of this resolution to the 10
Secretary of the State forthwith. 11
