ARBITRATION AWARD BE TWEEN THE STATE OF C ONNECTICUT
AND THE CONNECTICUT STATE EMPLOYEES ASSO CIATION, SEIU
LOCAL 2001, CORRECTION SUPERVISORS COUNC IL, NP-8 UNIT.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the interest arbitration award between the State of Connecticut 1
and the Connecticut State Employees Association, SEIU Local 2001, 2
Correction Supervisors Council, NP-8 Unit, issued by the arbitrator on 3
March 22, 2019, submitted to this assembly for approval April 1, 2019, 4
as provided in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the general statutes, 5
and amended by a corrected copy submitted April 2, 20 19, is 6
approved. 7
