BRANCH AND THE UNION OF PROFESSIONAL JUDI CIAL
EMPLOYEES, AFT/AFT-CT, CONCERNING INFOR MATION
TECHNOLOGY AND OTHER EMPLOYEES.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the memorandum of agreement between the State of 1
Connecticut Judicial Branch and the Union of Professional Judicial 2
Employees, AFT/AFT-CT, concerning Information Technology and 3
Other Employees, submitted to this assembly May 3, 2019, for 4
approval, as provided in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the general 5
statutes, is approved. 6
