Explanation
This bill reduces or eliminates fees for copying certain public
records under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This will result
in a revenue loss to municipalities and various state agencies. The
revenue loss will depend on the number of public records copied and
will vary by municipality.

continue into the future subject to inflation.
