AN ACT CONCERNING THE PERFORMANCE OF PERC TESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a perc test to be done 1
on a property only where a septic system is currently located, not on any 2
other parts of such property where construction may be planned. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that if a septic system is in the back yard of a home, with a
well in the front yard, the required perc test shall only be done where
the septic is currently located.
