AN ACT EXPANDING ACCESS TO MEDICAL SPECIALISTS FOR
MEDICAID BENEFICIARIES IN SOUTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 17b-245e of the general statutes be amended to expand 1
telehealth services under the Medicaid program to ensure adequate 2
access to medical specialists in southeastern Connecticut. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure adequate access to medical specialists in southeastern
Connecticut.
