AN ACT EXTENDING THE SUNSET DATE FOR CONNECTICUT
FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS INDEMNITY COMPANY, INC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 38a-91vv of the general statutes be amended to extend 1
the sunset date for the captive insurance company established pursuant 2
to said section to June 30, 2030. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the sunset date for the captive insurance company established
pursuant to section 38a-91vv of the general statutes to June 30, 2030.
