AN ACT CONCERNING THE UNLAWFUL DISSEMINATION OF
INTIMATE IMAGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53a-189c of the general statutes be amended to clarify 1
that dissemination of intimate images to more than one person by 2
electronic means shall be a class D felony. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To elevate the penalty for dissemination of intimate images in the case
of dissemination to multiple persons by certain electronic means.
