AN ACT CONCERNING FOLLOW -UP SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS
DISCHARGED FROM SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER
REHABILITATION FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the provision of 1
follow-up services to any person with a substance use disorder who is 2
discharged from a rehabilitation facility. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide follow-up services to persons discharged from substance use
disorder rehabilitation facilities.
