AN ACT CONCERNING INFECTION CONTROL AND STAFF SAFETY
AT NURSING HOME FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the safety standards 1
for nursing home facilities with regard to risk mitigation of COVID-19 2
transmission. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the transmission of COVID-19 in nursing home facilities.
