AN ACT CONCERNING AN EXPANSION OF COMMUTER RAIL LINES
TO THE TOWN OF NEW MILFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 13b-79p of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the Department of Transportation to expand commuter rail lines to 2
include the town of New Milford. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand ridership on Connecticut's commuter rails.
