AN ACT CONCERNING LEGISLATIVE PENSION CALCULATIONS
AND THE TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 66 of the general statutes be amended to exclude the 1
transportation allowance received by legislators from the calculations of 2
base salary for purposes of determining legislators' retirement income. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To remove mileage reimbursement from legislator pension calculations.
