AN ACT TO EXPAND THE DIAPER BANK TO INCLUDE FEMININE
HYGIENE PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 2
30, 2022, for grants-in-aid to the Diaper Bank of Connecticut to purchase 3
feminine hygiene products and distribute them to women of limited 4
income. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To provide feminine hygiene products to women of limited income.
