AN ACT REQUIRING THAT JUDGES OF THE SUPERIOR COURT
HAVE CONTINUOUS TRAINING ON FAMILY VIOLENCE ISSUES AND
LAW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 46b-38i of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
that all judges of the Superior Court shall have continuous training on 2
family violence issues and law. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require all judges of the Superior Court to have continuous training
on family violence issues and law.
