AN ACT CONCERNING THE BOLTON LAKES REGIONAL WATER
POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) authorize expansion of 1
the Bolton Lakes Regional Water Pollution Control Authority's 2
wastewater system into the town of Coventry, and (2) modify any 3
existing arrangement between said authority and the state regarding 4
funding of said authority to permit such expansion. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the extension of the Bolton Lakes Regional Water Pollution
Control Authority's wastewater system into the town of Coventry.
