AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN APPLICATIONS TO INLAND
WETLANDS AGENCIES AND ZONING COMMISSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that, in the case of a 1
site plan application that involves an activity regulated pursuant to 2
sections 22a-36 to 22a-45, inclusive, of the general statutes, the period of 3
time for an inland wetlands agency to process the permit application for 4
such regulated activity shall concur with the period of time for the 5
zoning commission to process such site plan application. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To align the processing times of inland wetlands permit applications
and zoning site plan applications.
