AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF WATER SAMPLING
REQUIREMENTS MADE PURSUANT TO THE MUNICIPAL SEPARATE
STORM SEWER SYSTEMS PERMITTING PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a study of statutes 1
and regulations concerning water sampling requirements made 2
pursuant to the municipal separate storm sewer systems permitting 3
process to determine whether amendments to such statutes and 4
regulations are necessary to reduce burdens on municipal permittees 5
while maintaining environmental safeguards. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To study statutes and regulations concerning certain municipal separate
storm sewer systems permitting requirements.
