AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH
TREATMENT THROUGH TELEHEALTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 19a-906 of the general statutes be amended to allow for 1
the provision of mental health treatment services through telehealth 2
using audio-only telephone. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand access to mental health treatment services using telehealth.
