AN ACT CONCERNING THE FEE FOR ISSUANCE OF A CREMATION
CERTIFICATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 19a-323 of the general statutes be amended to exempt the 1
cremation of the body of a minor from the fee for issuance of the 2
cremation certificate. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt the cremation of the body of a minor from the fee for issuance
of the cremation certificate.
